Categories of Memberships

We are offering the following membership categories presented here in summary form:

Founder Memberships are full privilege original memberships offered on an invitation-only basis. (Closed as of 12/12/12).

Full Golf Memberships entitles the member, spouse and dependent children full club privileges.

Full Golf Junior Memberships are available for those under the age of 35. One-half of the Full Golf Membership fee is due upon application and the balance is due on their 35th birthday. The spouse and dependent children are entitled to full privileges. The older person, either the member or the spouse, will serve as the basis for the membership and determining monthly payments. At age 36 the membership will become a Full Golf membership and dues change to that category.

Corporate Memberships (local) are available to any business entity or organization, whether for profit or non-profit. There will be a Primary Designee and up to three Designated Players. Full privileges are accorded to these members. The Corporation will pay the Full Golf Membership fee for the Primary Player and the adjusted Membership fee for the Designated Players. Dues are at the full rate for all participants.

Corporate Membership Non-Resident (outside 50 mile radius) are available for those under the age of 35. membership fee and dues will be 50% of level.

Non-Resident Full Golf Memberships (outside 50 mile radius) are available for those whose primary residence is outside of Lafayette County. These members enjoy full privileges of the club.

Sports and Social Memberships are available for those individuals and families that desire to enjoy the athletic facilities that include: tennis, aquatics, and a fitness center. Clubhouse privileges include social activities, dining, and locker rooms. This membership does not include golf privileges. There is a Grand Oaks Community Homeowner’s Special Membership fee category under this membership.

Social Memberships offer dining and social benefits of the clubhouse. This membership does not include golf privileges. Grand Oaks Community Homeowner’s Special membership fee category under this membership.

Grand Oaks Community Homeowner Special Memberships Fees are offered to residents of the Grand Oaks Community at a 50% discount on the Initiation fee on all categories and entitles the member, spouse, and dependent children full club privileges under that membership. The monthly fees and food and beverage minimum are the same (no discount).
